Q. Can I try before I purchase a plan?

Yes, all our plans come with free 30-day trials to help you learn about the services before you decide if you want to purchase a plan.

Q. Do I need any software or downloads?

No - Our platform works in your web browser without the need for any plugins, downloads, or software.

Q. What social networks do you support?

We currently support 15 social networks, the most in the industry. The list includes: Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Reddit, Delicious, Stumbleupon, and more!

Q. What is a user?

A user is any person who uses our software. In our plan, certain types of users -- like partners, blog authors, and sales reps -- are exempt from user-based pricing tiers. Each plan comes with a set number of users, but additional users can be added at the Silver level, at a discounted price.

Q. Do you have special plans for nonprofits?

We do. While we are a for-profit organization, we believe in the importance of supporting nonprofits worldwide. Your registered 501(c)3 or equivalent organization (depending on your country of operations) can apply for a deep discount reserved for nonprofits. Just send us a message and we'll be happy to discuss!

Q. Do you offer any training?

Yes, we are planning to start very soon with courses on social media, and content marketing. Stay posted for more or send us a line to learn more.

Q. Do I need to buy services?

Yes. All new customers need to buy services to get started with their social marketing efforts. Social media marketing is much more than just using software or services to get marketing done: it’s about transforming your business to create marketing people love. Our platform and community, with the personal support of our  dedicated marketing experts and consultants, makes getting started a breeze.

Q. Do I need to pay for a year up front?

No. Our contracts are billed monthly by default, but it is possible to pay for one year upfront for a discount. We encourage yearly subscriptions since we have found that customers who can commit to a full year of our services are more successful in the long run.

Q. What type of support comes with your plans?

For all our plans, phone and web support is included in your subscription fee at the level indicated for each tier.  Additional support packages can be purchased for a fee. This provides a means for you to have your questions answered by support specialists. Of course, users of our services are welcome to access our community and forums from their dashboard.
