Further to their Dec 10th announcement, today Google contacted all their partners to confirm that on March 7, 2019, all Google+ service will be shut down completely.
According to Google’s message, this will be a progressive shutdown beginning in late January, with “some functionality starting to intermittently fail as early as January 28, 2019”.
What does mean for you, as a member of our platform? If you’re using Google+ actively, ensure you archive all your data prior to the January 28 deadline. We will progressively remove the Google+ channel from our platform starting around the same date and will be providing more information on recommended procedures to ensure you can preserve your data, should you choose to do so.
